We paid Matthew in cash to haul away trash, with the primary request being that the contents of our green trash bin be emptied @ due to an overflow issue. Unfortunately, only the cardboard and approximately 2?3 trash bags were removed, and the green trash bin was left full. Despite multiple attempts to communicate via text and phone? clearly documented with written instructions, timestamps, and photos?Matthew did not respond or return to complete the job.
