"Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. The roof and siding look fantastic! I would highly recommend Exterior Medics!"

"It's been so frustrating finding quality home repair professionals. I had a leak develop in my roof that went into my second bedroom. I called a total of 22 roofing companies. Some never called back, some were too busy, some agreed to call me back but never did, others agreed to show up and never did or wanted to charge $150 service fee for an estimate. Luckily, I found this company. Not only did the owner answer the phone and was professional and friendly, he came out the next day AND WAS ON TIME!! He listened to my concerns and immediately examined my roof. He explained everything to me as to what happened and why. Gave me a reasonable quote and said he'd be to my house Tuesday. Lo and behold, he came a day early and repaired my roof. He advised, after I asked , to give it a couple really hard rains before repairing my interior. Well, I've been through two heavy soaking rains, and just had a three inch rain from a tropical storm. My roof is officially fixed! I am so happy that I've found this company. I will be hiring them again to do drywall repair and whatever else I need. I've already shared this company's information with all of my local friends that are looking for estimates. Professional and gets the work done!!"

"Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. "They inspected our roof and promptly sent us a very reasonable proposal with options. Once we determined upon the right options for us and accepted the proposal, they sent a crew to do the work. The crew worked hard from early morning until dusk over two days to remove the old roof and install a new one, including replacing some of the roof decking, and did a wonderful job.
