"The owner was responsive and timely. We had black chain link fencing installed but some of the latches, etc did not match. When I called the owner he came out promptly and spray painted the parts. Unfortunately, it was raining when his crew was finishing the fence installation and he said that is why it wasn't done earlier. That doesn't explain why they didn't follow up with me and I had to call to request the work be done. Also, several months later I noticed they did not install a bottom rail. I had not specifically requested it, but without a bottom rail the dog can push and wiggle out under the fence, so I believe they should have brought that to my attention. When I called about the problem, I never got a call back, but it was shortly after Hurricane Irma so I know it was a very busy time."

The worker came back to remove (rinse off) the sandy substance from the driveway but nothing was done to repair the paint damage. My husband hired the company. I would not hire them again or I would inspect their work before they leave."

Brian's team installed our camera system a couple of years ago, and he gave us a feeling of more safety and security. The cameras then can be seen through an online app (on your phone or through a special web address), but occasionally there's a glitch, as with most online things. Now, other companies might forget you or want more money after they've done the installation. But not Brian. The glitches are only every now and then, but when they happen, I reach out to him and he gets right on it. He stands by his systems and he troubleshoots it, and you're back up and running. "it went well.  Dan and his assistant arrived on time.  he had to leave and get the supplies he needed after he saw the job that needed to be done.  they both did a good job and was worth the money.  my only comment would be he seemed a little annoyed when he had to go back to Home Depot again for more supplies, which was certainly not my fault, and seemed to not want to paint, which was part of the job I hired them for.  all in all, a good experience and would use them again.
