Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. Kenny, I believe was his name, was foreman and he took every step possible make sure it was done correctly. We had some super hot days to be working on a hot roof but they did it! Any concerns we might of had, they took the time to answer questions and make sure we were happy. The roof turned out beautiful and we get a lot of compliments on it. "Brian responded promptly to my request for a quote. (Some of the 4 or 5 contractors that came out never even got back with me.) His pricing was very competitive and his timing was great. The work was completed within 2 weeks. Other contractors were anticipating two months completion. The work took only one day to perform (7 am to 7 pm), clean up was thorough. I went up on the roof and inspected everything. The installation was high quality: shingle placement was flawless and coverage was complete, under nearly inaccessible overhangs, neatly up to side wall flashing, around the new roof vents.
