He was generous with his time. First wanting to hear our needs and concerns and then wanting to see how my parents went about their day in the house from getting up in the morning to then going to bed at night. Alex is very knowledgeable and all our questions and concerns were addressed. Three installers came the following week. They were very courteous, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. Always checking with my parents on placement of handrail heights and positions. Always taking into account what would work best for them.
