"My wife and I purchased a fixer-upper home that ended up requiring more work than we initially anticipated. We ended up taking bids from numerous contractors for various projects required to be done before moving my family into the home. Initially, I hired James to demo the original tile flooring to prep for new flooring, which was scheduled to be installed by a large flooring company. I was very impressed with Jamess professionalism and apparent, sincere dedication in ensuring his work was completed right the first time. I decided to contract James to do more work to our home. Ultimately, James ended up demoing bathrooms, replacing upstairs sub floors, structural framing work, removing every interior door (down to studs) and installing new doors, and installed new bathroom vanities/showers. James custom made a door for the closet, which matched all of the other doors in the house! I contacted the large flooring company and cancelled my installation with them. James installed our new vinyl flooring throughout the house, which included stairs. James also installed new 5 baseboards throughout the entire house (approx 3000 square feet).
