"would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."

The day of, I waited for 4 hours with minimal response stating new arrival windows, however, when I would attempt to contact (which was an hour later than what I was told) there was no response. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to wait 5 hours in attempts to het a job done. "
