First we dealt with Francisco, who gave us a free estimate. He has 20-plus years in the roofing business and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Then a date was set for the project and it only took the crew two days to remove the old roofing material and install the new. The crew members were polite and kept our property clean of debris as advertised. Both days Stan the owner of Sparks Roofing paid visits to oversee the work and ensure everything was done right. Stan also has 20-plus years in the roofing business and is a real pro. The company gave us a choice of roof colors and we think the new roof has made our house look 20 years younger. Of course, the proof of the pudding will be how long the roof lasts. But Sparks Roofing struck us as the most honest and professional company of the four we secured bids from."

"Dale Robins is an old-time craftsman with plenty of experience under his belt who takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right. I was concerned about proper shingle placement and nailing patterns and was relieved when I found out that Dale was going to be nailing down the shingles himself and he understood the importance of these things to prevent future leaks. I very much agree with all the other 5-star reviews and feel totally satisfied with the roof replacement he did. Would highly recommend giving him a call."

"He showed up same day, at the stated time and was able to find the source of the leak in my roof and repaired it on the spot.  He also took pictures of the roof and showed me some potential problems that I needed to be aware of.  He will provide an estimate for repairing problem places he found. <br />"

"The price seemed rather high considering the bid was to replace a metal roof panel which didn't happen. He capped and sealed the chimney vent instead. As it is difficult to find and service people that are willing to do work in Mt Charleston, I am satisfied overall. <br />"

"Good. Estimate was $408.00. The bill came through for $304.00 We have used them for other jobs including enclosing our car port to a garage. They do good work at a fair price. Their estimate for a roof repair was high and so we used someone else for that. <br />"
