"Jim was excellent through out the process. We got water in our basement on Friday and he was able to come out on Saturday morning, assess the situation and start drying by the afternoon. Jim came back once a day, always within 10 minutes of the expected time, to check on things and see how things were going. He continuously adjusted the fans to make sure the entire basement was dry. Donny came to my home Friday afternoon and looked at the basement to determine what was needed.  He told me he could have a team at my home to do the clean up the very next morning.  The three person team came over Saturday morning as planned and went to work.One member of the team worked with me to save as much of our belongings as possible, while the others worked on decontaminating the basement.  They were very helpful, patient and professional.  They worked diligently all day.  They came back on Monday morning to remove the damaged drywall and set up the huge dehumidifier and fan the fully dry the basement.  They came back this morning to check that everything was fully dry and take back their equipment.
