Luckily into the incredibly thorough cleanout and removal down to the insulation they found it to be squirrels . they sealed all access points and shared photos. Gatsios knew their business very well and were able to answer our detailed questions, as we had interviewed many roofing companies before choosing them so we were extremely thorough with our vetting process. "Working with Anthony was a pleasure. He was always responsive and helpful throughout the process. He provided project ideas and cost effective ways to save money while having a high end look. He was also extremely respectful of changes in plans/finishing details and still had the ability to compete the project on time. The job included leveling old floor, installation of new tile, pantry/ cabinets, butcher block cabinets (and stain), shiplap walls and paint. This room was unfinished and came out way better than our wildest expectations. Anthony is extremely professional and timely.
