He takes time to explain things and going shopping with him was a wonderful experience because he knows what works and is able to suggest items that will look good in your bathroom - my only regret is that I had shopped for my bathroom items before I met him. However he still made the whole design work. A huge shoutout to Wjotek for doing the work. I’ve never seen someone so detail oriented and so meticulous in their work. Jack will problem-solve and guide us as needed but never "up-sells" unnecessarily. And JCB is a full-service contractor. Recently, they painted, replaced all the rotting wood on the exterior of our house, among other things. In the past, they have replaced a wall damaged by a water leak, refinished our basement and painted the entire interior of our house. I trust them implicitly."
