"My whole world crumbled when my bathroom leaked water down my walls and out of my ceiling. I didn't know what to do. I'm a new home owner and have never processed a claim through my insurance. Not only did he and his company take care of the damage, they took care of everything with the insurance company. I was out of my home for over three weeks.
