"North-Eastern did exactly what I asked them to do for a reasonable price, taking down two difficult trees and trimming 2 others. I was not made aware ahead of time that the crew would need to bring a heavy-duty bucket truck through my backyard to do the work. As a result, some deep tire tracks and depressions were left on my lawn. In addition, the crew left beind several small branches. Thus, I could only give them 4 stars."

"The price was very reasonable and the company was reasonable easy to schedule. The quality of the job was very poor. A team of three guys showed up with ladders and blowers and basically blasted everything that could me moved with air. No water in the process at all, pretty much all the baked on dirt is still there. To top it off, they blew a ton of dirt and leaves onto one of my porches the day before Thanksgiving and just left it without cleaning up. To their credit they did send a crew back to clean it up when i complained. Overall a very unsatisfying experience and i would never use the company again."
