"North-Eastern did exactly what I asked them to do for a reasonable price, taking down two difficult trees and trimming 2 others. I was not made aware ahead of time that the crew would need to bring a heavy-duty bucket truck through my backyard to do the work. As a result, some deep tire tracks and depressions were left on my lawn. In addition, the crew left beind several small branches. Thus, I could only give them 4 stars."

In one section of the house, the roof shingles sat atop the gutter guards and he could not remove them on a cold day as the shingles might break.
