"The entire project went very well. Consultant Bob Eversman was very prompt and thorough for our first meeting. He advised that colors are limited due to production cutbacks as a result of Covid. We decided on a color, but using the online tool supplied in the brochure that allowed us to see our house with one or two other colors, we decided on a color change later, and there was no problem. The "team" came right on schedule, and we were amazed at how professional and diligent they were in completing our 1700 plus sq ft home in one day. We were visited the next day by a gentleman who checked on everything and decided that we needed one more nail sweep. This is the one caveat I would mention. We have continued to find roofing nails, so I would caution the homeowner to make certain nail removal is thorough no matter who your roofer may be. We were contacted several times through the process to make certain things were going well, and the one or two times we mentioned something, it was taken care of immediately. Warranties were provided immediately as well. The dumpster was removed on the 2nd day following completion of the roof. We are happy to have a new roof, and pleased to have one that looks very nice. It was done promptly and at a fair price. Reroofing isn't something a homeowner looks forward to, but you will do yourself a favor if you choose Stratus Roofing. c"

"PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. "Joe had a crew of four men on the job every day, and was generally on the roof with them most of the time.  In the course of tearing off the old roofing, they found a great deal of damaged and rotten wood, and set about repairing it as rapidly as they found it.  By the time they finished, they had replaced 13 full sheets of plywood and 150 feet of 2 x 4's -- and I wondered how bad the time and materials charge was going to be.  It turned out to be less than $1500 above the agreed-to price, and I was very pleased. <br /> The job was finished in four days and the final product was a great new roof. <br /> I think the one thing that impressed me the most about the workmanship of the crew was that every day they spent roughly the last half hour cleaning up the worksite, including rolling their large magnet completely around the house to ensure that there were few, if any, nails or other metal objects lying around to puncture an unsuspecting human of canine foot ! <br /> Joe Bouolais has all the equipment necessary to do all his work -- including a large dump truck that remained on site throughout the project to handle all the removed materials, including all of the wrapping papers for the "peel and stick" underlayment and the the wrapping on the actual shingle bundles.  At the completion of the work, the crew did an extremely thorough inspection of the property, even hand picking small pieces of roofing materials out of the flower beds,  The truck was then carefully covered with a large tarp for a trip to the local dump.  He also has a work trailer with all of his tools, including a gasoline powered air compressor for his many nail guns, that remained on site for the entire job. <br /> In summary, I could not have been more satisfied with the job done by Joe Boulais and his crew and can recommend Boulais Roofing to others without hesitation.  They do extremely quality work. <br />"
