"The entire project went very well. Consultant Bob Eversman was very prompt and thorough for our first meeting. He advised that colors are limited due to production cutbacks as a result of Covid. We decided on a color, but using the online tool supplied in the brochure that allowed us to see our house with one or two other colors, we decided on a color change later, and there was no problem. The "team" came right on schedule, and we were amazed at how professional and diligent they were in completing our 1700 plus sq ft home in one day. We were visited the next day by a gentleman who checked on everything and decided that we needed one more nail sweep. This is the one caveat I would mention. We have continued to find roofing nails, so I would caution the homeowner to make certain nail removal is thorough no matter who your roofer may be. We were contacted several times through the process to make certain things were going well, and the one or two times we mentioned something, it was taken care of immediately. Warranties were provided immediately as well. The dumpster was removed on the 2nd day following completion of the roof. We are happy to have a new roof, and pleased to have one that looks very nice. It was done promptly and at a fair price. Reroofing isn't something a homeowner looks forward to, but you will do yourself a favor if you choose Stratus Roofing. c"

"Extremely well. I had contacted several companies/contractors for estimates for a new roof. The estimates were provided in a timely manner. However, the time for the actual work was a problem. You see our homeowners insurance company was leaving Florida and the new insurance carriers felt a new roof was needed and gave us less than two weeks to complete. During this time, we checked on Angie’s List. In less than three hours, Joe McGinnis with Renewpro responded. Joe come by, looked at what was needed and gave us an estimate. He gave us a day to discuss. In the meantime, we researched all the companies we had received estimates. Only Renewpro was listed with the Better Business Bureau and Angie’s List. Rating was A+ with both. Plus our new insurance company knew of them. So within two days we had an agreement. We were given a time up to four weeks to be completed. We had regular screening put on the roof and special pet screening put on all the vertical sections because our dog, Sabre and our cats, Picasso and Ninja go out there. "Within 15 minutes after sending my message, they called me to explain that there is a large backlog of work and they have temporarily stopped accepting new jobs. They suggested an alternate contractor and told me that if I did not have the repair done in 4 weeks that the Roof Doctor should be available by then. While on the phone, they asked questions about the water damage to help with my troubleshooting. After I explained the issue, they suggested that a common cause for these small stains is air conditioner coolant lines running through the attic. The lines are cold and (if the insulation is old/damaged) water condenses on them from the humid Florida air. That drips onto onto the back side of your ceiling, then boom, water damage. I know that there are coolant lines above the leak so will be going up in the attic soon to check whether the moisture came from the roof or the lines. Best part of all this is that the AC is very old so I was already saving to replace it. I am very pleased by their responsiveness and customer service, even when they aren't going to make any money from me. I will be going to the Roof Doctor first for any future roof issues."
