"Purchased Big Deal on August 11th.
We called and scheduled cleaning for August 13 at noon.
They called on August 13th to reschedule for Friday, August 15th at 8:30 am.
Max arrived promptly at 8:30 am and introduced himself then walked around the house to count windows.
He then came inside and removed his shoes and I showed him the inside rooms.  We appreciate the shoe removal, we are a shoeless house.
He removed the upstairs screens and cleaned them.  Then cleaned the upstairs inside windows and reinstalled the screens.
He repeated the process for the basement windows and screens.
Then he washed the outside windows.
At the end of the job, he asked if we were satisfied and I checked the windows.
Overall he was very professional and knew his job...10 years experience in window cleaning.  The 12 year old screens looked new after he cleaned them.  He did a much better job then the service I used last year.  The windows are sparkling clear.  Terrific job cleaning them and cleaning up as he moved from window to window.
Highly recommended and yes, will call them next year to do our windows.
