"My tenant contacted me with concerns about mold on the ceiling and windows of their bathroom. This stemmed from a leak in the roof a few months earlier. I contacted Mike and he scheduled to take a look within that same week. He examined the bathroom, the other rooms in the house and the attic. He said that his product would eliminate the mold without having to rip up all the sheet rock, etc. We scheduled a time for him to come back to spray the product and he arrived as promised. It only took him a short time to spray the house and I was surprised how much the mold disappeared that same day. We scheduled a second visit just to make sure the product hit all the mold spores and it seemed to kill all the mold without having to replace the ceilings and walls. Also, he has a guarantee that if I see mold re-surfaced at all they will come and re-mediate. Overall I think this was a good, cost effective way to eliminate the problem and the tenants have not had any issues since.  <br />"

"That was fine.  On price I didn't really shop around.  On quality I wouldn't have a way to know.  You send it to them and they send it back.  Their service was prompt.  They were prompt in sending me the kit and returning the results.  It took about a week to get the results back.  I didn't have any contact with any service representatives."

"Servicing done quickly and effectively. Service person knowledgeable and efficient. He was very conscious of keeping premises clean. He was on time after some earlier problems with scheduling. Initial date for service missed because maintenance person had problem with earlier scheduled client and could not get to us. Sadly, no one from ANC called to alert us of the cancellation. We had to call to reschedule. Then the morning of the rescheduled appointment, ANC called while we were out and left a message that our service appointment would be cancelled unless we called to confirm. We called immediately, an hour before the scheduled appointment and were told that since we were not home when the confirmation call was made, we would have to reschedule. We protested and indicated that we would document our experience on Angie's List, the original appointment time was restored and the service person arrived on time. <br />"
