"Other than a late start the team was focused and knowledgeable. They took great care to cleanly remove the damaged flooring and professionally install the replacement. It should be notes that the old flooring was incorrectly glued, making the task very tedious and difficult. The result is that you can't tell where the repair is without knowing its location. Well done."

"Excellent Work! Alvarez Construction completed flooring installation, general repairs, and painting in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled from start to finish. The flooring installation was flawless, with attention to detail evident in every corner. They ensured the surface was prepared correctly, resulting in a smooth and durable finish. The general repairs they completed were done efficiently and effectively, addressing all issues promptly. The painting job was the highlight, as they transformed the space with precision and care. The colors were applied evenly, and the lines were clean, giving the rooms a fresh and vibrant look. Overall, I highly recommend Alvarez Construction for its exceptional quality and professionalism. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I will use their services again. They even cleaned up all the mess and left our home in meticulous condition."
