"Horrible customer service (rude, disrespectful, talked down, pushy), numerous if NO project management, would not listen and had to push to have concerns addressed, numerous damages to home and landscaping that was a result of not listening and no prep work, company refused to fix these damages (I had to fix on my own), extreme delay with finishing, they stopped communicating, I continue to find nails/screws in my landscaping, ABSOLUTE horrible concrete work. This project was over $20,000 and I believe overpriced. This was a recent 2020 job. I would NOT recommend this company at all! I still have not received any warranty information; have had to contact the product company directly. I made ALL my payments on time and they refused/failed to finish the job due to their mismanagement of the project. I would bring up specific issues/requests and return home and find the exact opposite done. Cracked driveway due to their negligence, refused to make landscaping the same pre-project, splattered concrete on strucco/house, paint/stucco repair does not match existing, concrete material in shrubs.
