"Excellent! A very deep clean."

"The cleaning went great and have hired them to come back."

"I have called Mr. Lopez for help with several projects and he always quotes a project for repair if possible and then goes to replacement if a reasonable fix is not an option. In this case, he replaced my garbage disposal unit with a new one, cleaned out my dryer vents to the outer wall, and then verified I have good insulation in my attic but that a cooling fan would not work up there related to my HOA rules. Thank you Frank I sure appreciate your help!"

"Very friendly and caring staff. They came to my house and cleaned non-stop to get it up to pair. She even did my daughter hair for me as she could see i was lost. I have hired them again and you should too. :)"

"It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is.

The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."

"They did a great job cleaning and very professional. I have already hired them again to do some cleaning for me this month. Carolyn Denham"
