When he gave me the quote, it was apparent that the crown and bricks above the roof line had severe cracks and would need to be replaced. He said the job would take two days to complete. After a late start, the job took two and half weeks to complete. During the course of the project, I asked John to please let me know about any additional expenses that would be incurred and the pricing of these. He was very dodgy and wouldn't give me a straight answer. Finally, after the job was complete, he came by and stated that the final price for the work was $7100. He had added line items to his estimate, which we never discussed. Unless you want to be taken advantage of, don't hire this company"
