He also brought along a new door stop and installed it for me.   And I so appreciated Black Bear's honesty.  When I received the invoice for the work -it was for a less amount than the bid.  Stuart explained it was because the project didn't take as long as he had anticipated.   Needless to say - I don't think that happens very often. <br /> I know Black Bear specializes in larger projects - so I really appreciated their willingness to do my project.  And it was so well done. <br /> I would hire them again! <br />"

It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations.
