The crew always arrives in that window! The crew does excellent work, very happy with the quality of cleaning. Have even had a few above-and-beyond experiences. Billing and payment is super easy. I have continued to use their service during the pandemic and am comfortable with the crew's use of masks, gloves, and honoring social distance if I am in the house. Though I didn't get an immediate spot due to mine and their conflicting schedules, our cleaning was scheduled for about 6-8 days after I called in. Cleaners were very professional, nice, and humble. No attitude or drama or feeling that we are cleaning your house or its getting late or rushing to do tasks (that you get sometimes from Cleaning crew).
