The person was about 45 mins late and I had to make the call to determine when the person was expected to arrive. The person who did the inspection said that the company would call me to discuss the style and determine the price. After 3-4 days without a call, I finally made a call - and got their voicemail. I received a call back a day or so later, and we finally made contact to confirm the details. The final price was nearly twice that of that of two other companies that I called."

We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. Alex was very nice and professional, but the lack response by the office as a return customer is concerning."

The project started with Jack Pappas coming out and discussing our options and providing an estimate and project time line. Jack was very knowledgeable and personable. Due to the Coronavirus, there were some communication issues and unexpected delays. Fortunately, our liaison, Jim Butler, was instrumental in keeping us well informed on delivery and installation. A team, led by Lupe, the Foreman on the job, came out to our home to install the new fencing. Lupe and his team were prompt, courteous and represented Bespoke Fence in a very favorable light.
