"If I could give Brad and his crew(Anthony and David) an overall rating of A++++, I would! We have a 130 year old cottage style house, with knob and tube through the entire 2nd floor, the living room, dining room and basement. Brad and his crew arrived on the date appointed for the project, and then spent some time "brain storming" and setting their "game plan." They carefully thought out the project, and then proceeded with an amazing work ethic. Their business model is to minimize the cutting of walls/ceilings as much as possible, and to create little or no dust, dirt, or mess. If they drilled a hole, or cut a wall, they used powerful vacuums, after having carefully covered all furniture(they also ALWAYS wore foot coverings in the house). And then, EVERY night, they would put the furniture back, and clean any room where they had been working. They literally left the house in better shape each night than they had found it in the morning. And they made sure that we had power where ever we might need it. They spent several days crawling around our attic pulling wires to the upstairs rooms: a tight fit, even for pros like them! They sealed any and all holes or wall cuts, and then David plastered over each area. I would describe David as a master plasterer. When I repainted the small areas(and they were small), you could not even tell that they had been patched. On top of their amazing craftsmanship, Brad, David, and Anthony were polite, personable, and showed respect for our home and possessions. When they had finished(in less than two weeks), we actually missed seeing them each day! Having them work on our home was rally a great experience!"

"Arrived as expected for appraising and estimate of job to be done. Received a line by line description of estimate again, as expected. Arrived promptly as scheduled and completed job within the estimated time frame. I truly believe I lucked out finding this company to perform the job. The Job was in Philadelphia at my sons home to-which I live over 400 miles away. John (owner) was extremely cooperative in setting up the work to be done. VERY VERY CREDIBLE! Did outstanding work. "I hired Lights On Electric to run an underground line from the electric panel in my home to my new storage shed, 80 feet within the home and 100 feet buried conduit to the electric panel in the shed. This required a rental trencher and some difficult hand digging. The work was done in one day by Hank and Chris. They are able technicians and they did an excellent job. "The quote was nearly 50% higher than our lowest quote and about 25% higher than the next highest quote. Also, the electrician recommended a GFCI breaker, which would have been incompatible with our installation (the outlet was to be used with an electric vehicle charger that has built-in GFCI protection). Doubling up on the GFCI can cause problems and is against the installation directions. I wouldn't expect the electrician to know this necessarily (he didn't see the installation directions), but he boasted that they have worked with Teslas, so perhaps he should know (or stop using that as a selling point). Wes Carver Electrical was the only one to recommend GFCI, which added even more to the cost and put that part of their quote about 75% higher than what we ultimately paid for the work."
