Nip-n-Tuck is a one man carpet repair company. The majority of what I do is carpet re-stretching. Many companies do not use the proper equipment to install the carpet and it gets wrinkles in it. Nothing wrong with the material, it just needs to be finished properly. I also do carpet patching due to spills and pets etc.

"Opted to use another company for the roofing work. The person who came to give me an estimate was nice, polite, prompt, and professional. However, the company provided an estimate to replace my roof without ever even looking at the roof in person, other than from the ground level. No one ever got on my roof or took measurements to calculate the estimate. While it may be possible to obtain a rough estimate from satellite photos, there is no way to determine the extent of any damage to a roof without actually climbing up onto the roof and doing a visual inspection."
