"They did great, swapped out an outlet so that it would work with our new AC, handled everything over text and asked detailed questions, and was super patient with the fact that I had no idea what I was doing. They were able to come out the next day and the outlet works and looks great, they were in and out pretty quickly and were super professional the whole time. Would highly recommend these guys, and would definitely go with them in the future if we need more work done. Also was super kind to ask if vacuuming was ok, or if it would freak our cats out, and our super grumpy little cat even felt comfortable coming out while he was around, too. Great experience overall. "We contacted Matt to install an EV charger and a ceiling fan. Matt responded right away and scheduled an appointment. Matt showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. We had previously had Oak Ridge do the electrical for our solar project. Both times work was done professionally. Oak Ridge will always be our preferred electrical contractor."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"I called because my pottery kiln was not working, I thought it was just a problem with my breaker.  I was wrong! After checking power in my studio I found out that half of my studio was not getting power and my 220 outlet were only putting out 110 power(not Good)
I called K&N services and told them this was an urgent problem . He said he would stop in the next day and HE DID After checking out my electrical box he discovered that my main breaker was out. This could have ended upa $1300.00 because my electrical box is an outdated model . He went to several electrical supply houses and found one for my outdated electrical box, saving me a ton of money. He was fast, courtious, and saved me a lot of money. This not the kind of service I am used to recieving , I will use him for all future work on my home and studio, Including a new roof in spring.

"First, they were recommended to us for the whole house generator by home depot.  We were so happy with the generator that we had him do a bathroom fan at my house and a bathroom fan at my son's house.  I did some checking and that was a reasonable price.  With the work he did, it was more than reasonable.  The job was a little more involved than he thought it would be and he didn't have any problem with any of it.  Without anything to judge the pricing from, other than online and a couple of guys I had come over who weren't on the same page as me, I'd say excellent.  The quality was top of the line.  As soon as he got the generator, he got over here to put it in. As a matter of fact, I am thinking about calling him again for something."
