"JACK AND MOSES INSTALLED NEW KITCHEN WINDOWS FOR ME AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB! THE NEW WINDOWS ARE GIVE MY KITCHEN AN UPGRADED LOOK AND REALLY OPENED UP THE ROOM. i ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WAY THEY LOOK PLUS THEY ARE FUNCTIONAL BECAUSE I CAN OPEN THE DOUBLE SLIDING WINDOWS EASILY AS WELL AS THE SINGLE CRANK WINDOW I ORDERED. JACK AND MOSES WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND PATIENTLY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. IF I DECIDE TO PURCHASE ANY MORE WINDOWS I AM GOING TO REQUEST THEM AS INSTALLERS. THEY WORKED REALLY HARD THE ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE HERE AND COMPLETED THE JOB FASTER THAN EXPECTED. THE PROJECT MANAGER, CORTEZ WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE AS WELL."

"Contracted firm to do this work late last summer. They were not able to get to the roof then but they did come out and performed a much needed repair. When they knew they would not get to me until 2015, the firm let me know. I was concerned what would happen over the winter if there were problems and the rep let me know that they would address any problems free of charge. There were no problems over the winter and they contacted me early to let me know I would be the first customer of the spring. A full crew came on site to perform the work. They were very professional and explained how the process would work. In addition they texted me pictures of the progress. The finished the job early and cleaned up very well. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Mr. Wake suggested that I have an air conditioning unit installed in an upstairs bedroom to provide extra comfort to an otherwise too hot room in the summer time. He recommended an appropriate size of air conditioner, removed an existing window, built a frame for the unit and installed it. Additionally, he provided a description the work to be done to satisfy the requirements of the condominium association. His solution saved me a considerable amount of money. I recently contacted Mr. Wake for an estimate on a repair. He was knowledgeable and honest and provided some very helpful information regarding the work to be done. Mr. Wake is a stand up and talented guy. I would not hesitate to hire him again."

"It went well. The estimate stated if unforeseen things came up he would contact me right away. Once he got up there to tear off the old shingles, he realized they were double layered so that changed the cost by about $800. It took him 2 days to complete the job. The only thing I noticed was one of my flower pots was broken but I can't honestly say that Dan or his crew broke it since I was not present for the work. They removed my solar lighting so they would not break any of them. They however left the steaks in the ground and I could not find them when it was time to replace the lighting. I will have to buy new steaks but that is a very minor issue and would not hold that against the great work they did."
