"I knew I had a squirrel problem for about a year, but had tried to fix the problem myself with no success. When researching companies to come out and provide services, I initially searched under pest control services but was not confident they would fit my needs. I finally searched for animal removal services and found ACME was a highly rated service provider. ACME sent Paul out a couple of days after I called to evaluate and confirm my suspicions. He initially placed a no-kill trap on the roof in the area above the damaged soffit where the squirrel was entering the attic. After about a week, he installed a different type of no-kill trap directly over the damaged soffit. Within a day, the squirrel had been captured and was being relocated. The next step was to stuff the hole with newspaper to see if any other animals were accessing the attic. After about a week of no activity, Paul returned to cover the access points with fine steel mesh (which he assured me no squirrel could chew through), and installed a panel to conceal the damaged area. <br /> I felt the prices quoted for the repairs were a bit high, but not excessive. <br /> Paul conducted a thorough assessment of the roof and attic, and identified possible entrance and exit points (other than the obvious hole in the soffit). He was very friendly and professional, and explained the process and answered any questions I had. I Haven't had any problems since they completed the removal and repairs. I would recommend ACME to anyone that needs animal removal services. <br />"
