Not only did he diagnose the cause of the leak, he gave us several different options on how to go about fixing the issues. "An excellent job, start to finish. Of 3 bids, Jayhawk was in the middle and the research I did on the GAF roof system, and what Jayhawk proposed was the deciding factor. A four man crew stripped the old roof to the sheeting and installed the GAF system, just as my research indicated it should be done. All landscaping was covered during demo, all trash hauled away and a thorough sweep for debris and nails made it a turn-key job. My home is a one story, four bedroom, "L" shaped, with a sunroom, and the job was done in ONE day, I was impressed. The nice touch was all roof pipes, vents were painted a matching color."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "I had a roof remodeled and then re-shingled. The framing involved removing a flat section of the roof and making it into a gabled roof. The building inspector was impressed with the work. The new shingles were put on the entire roof. The workers on both projects did excellent work and were attentive to detail. They did an outstanding job of clean up, especially the roofers, circling the house several times for nails. I would highly recommend Quality Built Exteriors."

"It was perfect, it was wonderful! We had a problem with people with people not showing up at all or being late. With A-Z, the first day they couldn't come because of the rain, so they said that they would be here at nine o'clock the following day and they were here on the button- nine am, here they are. They did beautiful work. I was very happy. I would recommend them to anybody. I would give them an 'A' plus plus plus! They were here on Monday the 14th. It ended up costing six hundred and fifty dollars. They replaced a porch post for us that had been loose for about six years. They replaced a socket outside where there was wood rot, and they also replaced some trim that was wood rotted. They are very cordial and polite and friendly. They went right to work, no nonsense. They answered questions that came up. Other than that they kept busy. They cleaned up their mess when they left and you wouldn't know that they were here. We are very pleased with them."

"The installers who replaced the roof on my house were efficient, polite, professional, and clean. My feminist heart was happy to see a woman working on their crew. There were some issues with the installation and they took the time to explain to me in a way I could understand how the process of cold weather installation works. "We hired United Exteriors, LLC for a small roofing job replacing roof fans, Bill Johnson came by to survey work I needed, and made several recommendations about our roof that needed to be addressed. He offered us a reasonable quote to install a cricket , fix some flashing, as well as the roof fans I needed replaced. He was able to do the job within a week, which took about, 1/2 a day to complete. He was also able to match the color of our existing roof shingles. The finished job looks awesome. Overall, I was impressed, especially after calling other companies that would not take the job or stated that I would have had to buy their fans to do the work. I would highly recommend them and use them again if needed."
