One question (not a complaint): Is there a liability issues associated with re-installing handrails after a job like this? John did not re-install the handrails probably because after the new tile was installed, the position of the rails were moved slightly and new holes would have to be drilled in the brick. I assumed that this might have posed a liability issue with Perfection Tile & Design and did not make an issue of it because I was so pleased with his work."

"They came out. They could not clean my tile because they could not remove the sealant.  I did not understand why because my husband and I did it before. It was very labor extensive. They really tried and I watched them. They were really disappointed that they could not remove the sealant. They did offer to return in a couple of days with a different product but it would be an additional charge. The man said he would provide a quote within twenty four hours. Three weeks later, I had to follow up. I did not use this company for the work. I had my deal reimbursed."
