"I had two cellular blinds that I was sure I was going to have to throw in the trash. The pull strings on both were broken, and the locking mechanism on one (the long $300 one) was broken by the renters. Roy set an appointment with me, showed up on time, took the blinds with him, and did the repairs.  He replaced the broken parts, put a new/used headrailon one, restrung them, and delivered them ahead of the estimated delivery date.  In addition, he was able to locate some mounting brackets for other blinds I had.  I would not hesitate to call him again. <br />"

"I requested an estimate in March good for 6 months. Service done in July, no change to price. Kate Manager came and did the estimate. When I was to paint, she got the job started within 1 week of my call. She was very responsive to all of my questions and any concerns that I had. The workers very very professional & worked with no supervision, but were very approachable & helped me understand the process & also answered any questions. Kate kept track of the work being done, did an inspection with me at end & had the guys do some small touch ups, which were completed quickly. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. "That one worked out very well. It was for my daughter and they did a wonderful job. They were on time. Their bid was lower than the other person they had talked to. My daughter was very happy with them. He was there the next day after she called them. It took about a week to get it all arranged for them. He had to order flooring. I don’t know of anything bad. I never met them but she seemed very happy with the whole procedure. She did mention that they were very punctual."
