"They did really good work. They were quick and efficient. We haven't gotten the bill yet so we don't know how that is going to work out. The only issue we had was that we have an older home with plaster walls and they forgot they needed a special bit so the work was delayed. When they got the bit ordered it was defective. They should have anticipated that when they did the estimate. They saw the house and saw that it was plaster. They were very thorough and did a good job. They did a good job of cleaning up. We would probably use them again. They are not the worst contractor we have dealt with."

"He is very meticulous and precise. He listens well and makes recommendations for the overall improvement of the project. He did some of the work while we were out of town and he provided pictures, on-line, of the progress of the work. We recently had company who are realtors. When we showed them the remodeled bathroom, they were very impressed by the clean, straight caulking around the counter top and shower as well as the quality of the floor tile and grouting. He also continually cleans up after himself at the end of the day. We will definitely use John again for future projects."

"I phoned two other companies who couldn't guarantee that they could even get me on their fix-it list this week. I then called Appliance Works. I was thinking later in the week he might fit me in, but he asked if he could come fix it right away :) Much to my surprise with a house full of kids, a dryer on the fritz, I was frazzled. Mike Brudelie, the owner, came out and fixed it right away. <br /> He was prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced. That total included everything parts and labor. Big hugs and Thanks to Appliance Works. <br />"
