"I had three different chimney companies come out for estimates, including Bricks. Bricks was the only one that bothered to actually thoroughly inspect my two fireplaces and wide chimney, discovering that one of my dampers was broken and more. The whole chimney needed to be stuccoed because the veneer stone on it was falling apart, and previous owners had covered a lot of it (foolishly) in roof tar. Bricks was the only company that thoroughly explained everything wrong, without using scare tactics. They were nice and patient, and I’m confident if anything goes wrong with the repair, they’d come out to fix it. It was a pricey job, but doing things right is often pricey. Worth it, though."

"I called him Tuesday morning, he came a few hours later. He went up on the roof and inspected the damage. I asked him if there was something he could do as a temp to stop the leak until he could come and do a permanent repair. He went up and did it. We, also, needed fire bricks replaced inside the fireplace. The foundation of our home had some cracks, and Lou said thereâ s a chance we could get water seepage. He proved a quote for each item just in case we didnâ t want all the work done at once. We went ahead with the complete package. He did a marvelous job. Our chimney looks like new. I was totally surprised when it was completed and I got a chance to look at it. We selected gray coloring for the foundation and it looks perfect with our gray siding. Lou was always at our house at the appointed time and always cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. He kept us informed on work to be done the following day. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for cement work as he is accurate, trustworthy, and excellent at his craft."

"We found Sun Viking on Angie’s List as a highly recommended company. They were hired to edge and border our landscaping, create two large planter boxes, redo our front walkway and create a side landscaped area with tress. All I have to say is phenomenal job. Not only was everything completed beyond my expectations but Derek, the owner, and David were highly professional and courteous. They were able to save the original stones from the walkway and reuse them, keeping the old charm to our house. David even used the left-over stones to fill in a hole my dog did and made him a little patio. I don’t know about the other companies, because they never called me back, but I think Sun Viking is the best. We are thinking of a backyard patio in the future and I will no doubt hire them to complete. I am told that is there specialty. Great work and thanks."
