"Horrible customer service! I used HydroTech to turn on my system in the spring. I realized it wasn't working and called them to come back out. They hide behind a 72-hour window recall policy (they set the system to run at 4 AM) and charged me a revisit fee. They also claimed that the rain sensor wasn't included in their guarantee, so why did they set it up when they initially came out? They quote a replacement cost of $300, the part is available for $80 on Amazon, and can easily be installed. I don't recommend using this company."

Cleber and his team are professional and detail-oriented. He is flexible to work with his clients and he listens, while sharing his own ideas. Cleber's team has expertise on landscaping, which was helpful as I requested for deer-resistant trees. Pricing is transparent with detail-oriented quotes that share line-item details on each plant, stone, or other item. Finally, on the day of, Cleber and his team worked efficiently and thoroughly. Each team member was polite and hardworking, and made the overall experience a pleasure. I look forward to continuing to work with Cleber and his team on my future landscaping and hardscaping needs."

"quality of work is good. One issue was they tried to change agreed upon price after work was completed, however, they did honor original estimate. When reviewing my outside cameras to understand why agreed upon maintenance cost increased 100% from a few months earlier it became clear, two employees at all times were sitting in their truck while the other two were working..."

"Would recommend working with Jay and his team. They were quick to respond to the initial request, coming out for a free estimate the next day (even on a Sunday). He gave us several recommendations and alternatives for the job we needed done. He was easy to communicate with, even starting/finishing the job earlier than anticipated. The job itself was well and efficiently done."

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
