Our lawn had been saturated from the rains and there was some damage during installation which was taken care of with no hassle. They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. That $2200 job was also done very well in one day. When issues arose, Lily handled them like a boss. I really appreciated her calling me directly to offer a solution. "This went well. My lawn was much thicker a year later, more like a rug, and it looked much more healthy. They were the only lawn specialists who pointed out that soil in my area is "clay-based" and that required continual watering. This was different from the "gardner's" advice on the radio. It worked. They suggested setting up electronic lawn systems with timers. All very good. My only problem is that they failed to fertilize my back yard several time. That lawn has declined."

"Pressley turned the water off from outside and discovered the stem was broke. He could not get it turned back on all the way and had to call WSSC. WSSC came and turned if off the best they could and had to come out the next day. WSSC came the next day and replaced the stem, however after replacing the stem, the pressure was still low and WSSC recommended I call Presley back, which I did. I left a message and my call was never returned."

"My experience with TLC Inc. was a very positive one! I had a well/cistern that was leaking onto my lawn. Apparently the drainage system had deteriorated over the years. Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated.
