"On 6/19, I made an error and wrote a bad review against Southern Flooring Design team thinking I was writing a review against a different company with similar naming convention. My error with original submittal. When I placed the request I was immediately contacted by Southern Flooring Design team, on Fathers day, and they wanted to see the job that day! After team visit and scope review they provided a fair price but I had another vendor lined up to visit the job task. After that second review I settled with Southern Flooring Design team and we had an agreement to begin job the following weekend (6/25). The team is professional, well organized, and ethically responsible contractor. My tenant is satisfied with their work ethic. "thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. I will definately be hiring this company in the future."
