As it turned out, during the reconstruction of this house, a kick cap from the installation of a toilet, fell down the sewer line and caused a blockage. Jeff used pretty much every tool in his truck to resolve and fix the blockage. Absolutely job well done. Aside from some remaining standing water from my shoddy attempts at repair at 2 in the morning, we have no NEW water - and every faucet, spigot and piece of plumbing works flawlessly.
