"I did not get the same level of satisfaction from this contractor as the photos in these reviews reflect. This contractor performed unlicensed and unpermitted electrical and plumbing work, rerouting a drain line through a stair stringer, causing structural damage. The electrical was done using the incorrect gauge of Romex wire and the outlets were subpar per the electrician I hired to give me an estimate to repair. Electrical was run on top of studs and no kick plates where electrical was notched into the studs. All of this was covered up behind their drywall patches. I now have to have my entire kitchen rewired due to these damages at my expense. The drywall patches were made with tape and then textured over, no floating of the drywall joints and he wanted to charge me extra for that. Cabinets were assembled with gaps and crooked drawers. When called out on the unlicensed work he lawyered up. I'd think twice about using this contractor. Trying to get my money refunded."

"We found our original shower in our condo was shedding tiles and underneath great discoloration. David Hyatt was recommended by a friend as a contractor to contact. We did, he responded immediately, together we developed a complete gut of the master bathroom. He pulled the appropriate permits quickly, proceeded to do the demo portion quickly and then started the reconstruction to our specs. He was very conscious of protecting our apartment from dirt and dust, and we never had any problems. The only thing that slowed the process was the supply chain issues that started with Covid, and the number of other renovation projects in Vero Beach at the same time. The two minor blemishes we found upon completion were promptly remedied. I have also recommended them to a close friend for his rental house kitchen redo, and he was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I heartily recommend David Hyatt for your construction or restoration needs."

We met Lindsey when we walked into the showroom on a whim in 2022 and she has been the most amazing designer to work with. She has designed all of our spaces to our needs, suggesting just what we needed each time when we didn't know what we wanted. Throughout the entire process--from measuring and designing to completion, S&W has been thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Our project superintendent, Stefan, has been meticulous in planning, scheduling and making sure our project is done correctly and to the highest standard. The S&W staff who have worked in our home, Tyler, Paul and others are courteous, clean, prompt and respectful of our spaces. Everyone we have worked with at S&W never minds answering questions and they all continually go above and beyond. Our projects have all been completed on time and within budget and both Lindsey and Stefan have been great at communicating along the way on each project, making sure we are satisfied with the work completed."

"Housmans Aluminum is fundamentally dishonest. They provided me with a quote for a screen room and assured me that it would be no issue to proceed. I even made a roof alteration that cost over $2,500. After collecting my deposit, they attempted to obtain the necessary permit, but the city rejected the project due to setback regulations. Consequently, we could not proceed, yet Housmans Aluminum declined to refund my deposit. Very dishonest!"
