Rob called at the request of the technician and came out same day to discuss our options and we elected to proceed with a Benson's unit and were able to have it installed today (Super Tuesday) Included UV light to help keep it clean, surge protector and warranty for life on the condenser!!!!  the efficiency of this unit will hopefully pay for itself over time - just glad it  elected to fail now and not in the middle of summer!

"A different AC service provider used before E&B came and cleaned my vents, but in doing so they reconnected my ducts incorrectly and consequently they shorten one AC unit (so one unit was only partially working). After that visit, I purchased the E&B inspection coupon and they fixed everything. Very nice work."

"Cleaning air ducts is usually unnecessary, but people had been living in my place (before I bought it) using the air conditioning without putting in air filters.  My husband & I could not get rid of sinus problems.  It was even worse than usually in Tallahassee.  I could see junk in the duct in the living room after I took the grill off.
Here in Tallahassee not very many companies clean air ducts, unlike Orlando where companies push anything.  But I learned Stanley Steamer did the job I knew I'd like them.  In another state sewage have overflowed all over the floors, even seaming into down stairs.  Stanley did such a good job of cleaning up a bad mess I trusted them.
Honestly I do not remember how much they charged nor the exact date they did the work.  I wrote a review after they did the work.
Quite some time later I discovered a place they had missed.  They came & fixed that too.  This was past the warranty time but they proved customers come first with these hard working men.

"They are excellent. Excellent workmanship. They did not charge me because I live in an apartment complex. It is not out of reason though by any means and that I do know. They are very friendly, trustworthy and explain things to you. They clean up after themselves and don't leave messes. They are highly recommended. I mean it they really are. Heck yes I would use them again."

"Initially they did fine. They responded quickly and all of that but I did have problems later on in the year with it. It would cut off because the pan was filling with water. So they came and said when they installed it they didn’t angle the pipe leading to the pipe that goes out and they said that wasn’t done correctly so they fixed it. I’m on an annual maintenance plan with them. They also told that the drain is clogged and I was like am on annual maintenance plan so if you’re telling me that I need clean it in less than a year then you guys need to set up that plan that they come out every 10 months or whatever it takes. They did a decent job in my house."
