"We called for an estimate and Mark arrived on time as planned.  He was also very helpful with offering suggestions, as we had first thought that we could just replace the old wooden posts .  He suggested that we should go with four aluminium posts and eliminate the railing in order to help showcase my wife's flowers. He took into consideration our budget for this project and worked with us to make sure that we came in under what we were originally quoted with a different contractor. <br /> As for the crew, they arrived on time and were very courteous.  They respected the fact that my wife has numerous flowers planted around the porch and were very careful to work around them to the best of their ability.  After they were finished, I was shocked to see that they took the time to go over the front yard with a magnet to make sure that they had not left any nails or screws.  Wish I could say the same thing with the original builder...  They removed every trace that they had even been there and even called to make sure that we were satisfied with their efforts. <br />   On a side note, the ceiling on our porch had some flaws and they even repaired them while they were there. <br />  As it turns out, he was right, as we love the new look. My wife was very please upon her return home.  <br />  The work is very attractive and we could not be more pleased with the results, we will certainly be using them again for any projects in the future. <br />"
