"We hired K6 to fix a road that had been washed out. K6 placed culverts under the road to divert the rain water and removed an old cattle guard. New material was brought in, pot holes were filled, road was smoothed over. "I first met Cecil a few years ago, and hired him on the spot. He has taken care of our trees every time a destructive storm came through, including this Memorial Day storm that came with 85mph straight line winds, that toppled our trees or broke branches 20-30ft up. Cecil is a decent man, one who will explain how a tree will be pruned, uses disinfectant on the blades, and applies pruning paint to the cuts insuring bugs or disease don't stand a chance. All of his crew are pleasant, speak English, polite, and knowledgeable of safety measures; using ropes and guides; the proper way to cut different types of trees; the angle of cuts; and they clean up the area and remove all the debis afterward. "Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."
