Contractor completed most of the work but we had to hire someone else to complete the remaining work when they ran short on availability and did not return to complete the last tuckpointing work."

"Very poor communication regarding driveway design before installation. Final layout was very poorly designed and NO DRAWING was shown to owner for approval prior to installation. Omann rep claimed their sales rep did show us a drawing and seemed to imply that we were lying. Very odd, small unusable section of driveway was mysteriously added to side of driveway without consultation to owner. Company representative had no explanation. Very difficult to reach and slow response time. Not willing to offer any solution and accepted no responsibility. They are threatening to go to small claims court. Be very aware before signing contract! P.S. Edge of driveway is already cracking - installed Aug. 2018 - and company rep ignored it."
