'Emily', the branch manager, was completely helpful and sympathetic to the situation and worked with me all summer to restore my lawn. She was always available and did a lot of the restorative service herself like aeration, seeding and being there for me. Craig checked in a couple times too to see how things were going. All in all it was a completely different experience than the one I had had the year before and I will go with them again next season (even though I said in my first review I would never hire them again!).
