"He arrived on time and was very nice. There was a lot going on in the place (water was everywhere) but he still started working. I was there for the first hour or so that he was so I did hear him cleaning the upstairs carpet. I did leave and trusted he would do what we discussed. I showed up this morning and the floors were definitely clean and the bathrooms were as well. Im not sure if I misunderstood what surface areas meant or not so maybe it’s my fault. To me that means doors, baseboards, etc. All were still very dirty. It’s highly possible he did wipe them and the stuff didn’t come off. I guess my only complaint is we talked about the top fridge and I specifically had a conversation with him and asked if he was going to do that and he said yes he always does the fridge. Sadly when I showed up this morning the top of the fridge was still extremely dirty and so were the sides. Everything he did do was done well. "

"Eric did a wonderful job! Same day quote and second best estimate I got. We were scheduled for Wednesday, but rain in the forecast, so he called at 9am prior to his 11am appointment to reschedule for Friday. He arrived on time and got to work. Our ranch style home had 12 really dirty windows and he cleaned them inside and out along with the screens. He worked over 4 hours non-stop and I was amazed at the result. They look like new!! Great job. I will refer him to everyone I know. My husband and I are both senior citizens, so we no longer can tackle projects using a ladder. God bless Eric. Thanks again."

"would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."
