"they will text me the day before and let me know about an hour before they come into the house. They complete the task before they leave."

"I am fortunate to have found Ka La Shine. Carla provides housekeeping services. In addition to housekeeping responsibilities, Carla offers Property Management services. I have given Carla full responsibility for my (short-term) vacation rental home. In my 13 years opening my home to vacationing guests, I have had other Housekeeping and Management service providers. I say with confidence that Ka La Shine is the most reliable service, by far / no comparison. My condo has received perfect reviews from guests on the major hosting services – AirBnB, and VRBO… credit to Carla for the service she provides. Ka La Shine lives up to its name – Carla’s service “SHINES”. I have full confidence in her dedication, professionalism, honesty, and quality of work. I would highly recommend Carla and her Ka La Shine services."

"It was wonderful. Rhayssa and Anthony were professional and friendly. My house has not been this clean in years. They listened to my concerns and actually attended to them. Their work is impeccable."

"We are very impressed with the results of this service. The crew were very competent and helped us get a big mess cleaned up in our home. We had some drywall sanding done by our painter and there was drywall dust EVERYWHERE. The response time and scheduling of the cleaning (deep cleaning) was very helpful. They are hard workers. I would recommend this service to anyone, and am very appreciative of the job they did."
