The ceiling needed repair and the molding required sanding and painting , due to water damage. Ryan was wonderful. He arrived on time, ready to work. He was polite and pleasant. He ran into an unusual situation, called and called me to point it out,, then went about fixing the issue, that must have been there since the house was built, 20 years ago.
