We had completed bids with various potential contractors for a sizable amount of hardscaping and additional work for a new property that we just moved into. Our yard was a terrible mess with an unsafe walkway with tons of roots and stumps in various places with old rotting railway ties used to create borders and barriers to control water. Needless to say it all needed to be removed and redone with all new landscaping and stonework to extend decking around a pool with cobble pavers, put in a cobble paver patio, two walkways, and wide stone stairs all wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair to get to our pool.
