"He called back within two hours and set up an appointment for the next morning (over Labor Day Weekend, no less). He looked at the storms and advised me that we didn't really need them (we have regular thermal windows) and that repairing them would not be cost effective. So he showed me how to keep the panes in place to avoid being a hazard. He then spent an hour fixing the broken sash, which he did successfully despite some unusual design issues. He was knowledgable and professional all the way. Rather than insisting on a custom order door, Charles figured out a way to rebuild the door frame so that we could use a standard size steel door and improve the configuration of the door frame at the same time. The new door is not only a lot more attractive and energy efficient, it functions 100 times better than before. To top it off, Charles not only worked over time to get the installation done in time for us to qualify for a tax credit, but also gave a discount because we are Angie's List members.
