"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"All Point Roofing & Chimney replaced my chimney liner and installed a chimney cap for me 7 years ago. They did a great job back then. Then last month I had my hot water heater replaced. The plumber told me that I needed a chimney certificate to apply for the town permit. I called All Point Roofing & Chimney again. Klestian and Chris were super helpful, they were able to email me a certificate on the very next day at no cost. This is a company that's good at what they do, professional and honest. Highly recommend."

"David was really easy to work with and very professional. Knows roofing, was very confident even with our complicated Mansard roof, and did an amazing job. Also had gutter and soffitt issues that he dealt with easily. Would definitely recommend (already have in fact)."

"We had a pool shed that needed new doors and a new roof. These gentlemen did an outstanding job and were extremely professional. The work was completed promptly, and the worksite was cleaned thoroughly."

"Roof replacement and quote was very specific. Happy with end results!"

"I hired Zeus Construction Group to replace my roof and they did an excellent job. I worked with George and his crew from Zeus Construction Group. He helped us select the perfect roof for our home. They arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient with the installation and clean up. I also appreciate that they returned my calls promptly when I had any questions. wouldn t hesitate to call them again when we need roof work done. ?"

"I Hired 246 construction for a repair on my roof they did wonderful work very professional and good price, would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done ?"

"Very good workmanship & price . Clean up was great they left the job the way they came to it, put back everything in the right place. Sent pictures of the roof before during and after. They are doing another roof for me in north Jersey ."

"Hired last year, roof was fine until snow collected on roof and began to melt and it was then it leaked into the house. I called and they responded which was good, they sent people to the house and hopefully repaired the leak but now I have to fix the water damage(to sheetrock) myself for the second time."

"To many other roofers in the NYC Greater region- take note, Vandelay has you beat by quite a bit in terms of understanding a client and the particular needs of the job.  I went through a half dozen estimates and site visits; Vandelay and one other contractor where the only ones who were able to produce a timely, considered estimate.  And this was in the down season!
Regarding the job itself.  It presented several unknowns that Bob and his crew were able to work through and develop solutions to in a timely manner.  The demo went smoothly as well as the new installs and final flashing and chalking details.  At this point, the new roof has been through several storms and seems to be doing quite well.  If there is a problem, Bob seems more that capable to address per the contract, which I certainly appreciate.
Its clear he has a lot of experience doing what he knows, and doing it well.  He has good intuition and understanding of a job and the individuals and characters that might be involved, and how to work with them effectively (including myself likely :)
I've been through a couple of roof jobs at this point on various structures, and felt confident with Bob throughout the job; there were no instances that I felt were be minimized or neglected.  And importantly for a Condo building in NYC, Bob's crew made sure that they premise was CLEANER than when they left which is often a big deal with testy unit owners.
Overall, very pleased with both the estimation process, keeping on budget and timeframe and delivering a sound roof in material and craftmanship.  Highly recommended.
